Wearing Contact Lenses

A clear lens with no tint and 100 per cent UV protection is better for your eyes than dark, heavily tinted sunglasses without UV protection. In fact, dark lenses without adequate UV protection are actually worse for your eyes than not wearing glasses at all because the dark tint causes your pupils to become dilated, thus exposing your eyes to more harmful UV lights.

“And in terms of size, larger frames, wraparound and close-fitting styles provide better protection from stray lights.” Those wearing contact lenses may still need to wear sunglass

Acuvue Advance Plus Contact Lenses

ACUVUE® ADVANCE® PLUS contact lenses with HYDRACLEAR. Also if you see from the picture above, the lenses are visibly tinted blue and marked inside out so that you can easily spot them in your lens case and insert them correctly every time.

This will be helpful as I always have trouble locating my colourless contact lens when I am not wearing glasses and ready to wear my contact lens. This is a soft lens and when I took out and wear , it actually feel fit and comfortable on my eyes as I was given 8.3mm base curve lenses to try as suppose to the common 8.5mm.

Some Options Make Normal Glasses

I agree with rcracer. The "normal" sunglasses are all without power. People who need to wear glasses (like me) have some options when they make their normal glasses. have them tinted permanently.

The tink might be dark, or some other colour. If they're only lightly tinted, they could be worn indoors and at night, but don't work well as sunglasses. Heavily tinted, you don't see anything at night or indoors. So they become "second pairs".

Glutinous Rice Balls

Ah Balling Peanut Soup Est. 1947. Besides that, I can never boiled such grade of peanut soup at home using the preserved canned peanuts. Higher grades of peanuts were used in the soup and were larger in terms of their size with hints of pandan fragrance.

Every balls were hand made where the rice balls skin is smooth and chewy. Sweet tasting roasted peanut filling encased in the glutinous rice balls. Semi sweet with fragrant from the sesame seeds used, it was comparatively good! In fact, given a preference, I would like this to the black sesame filling.
