I have the Snow Wolf 200w TC. This thing is so fun I can hardly put it down for long. I have the limited edition with the gun metal finish. It also has the updated chip on this model.

The first gen snow wolf 200 had some issues that were addressed with the new version. The only cons so far are Fingerprints get on the mod too easily constantly wiping them away just to leave more in a few seconds. Changes to pulse mode when you turn up the mod sometimes over 150 watts (though I never need that kind of burn anyway even on my dripper) Depending on what your build is also. I'd have to be insane to try it out of a subtank with that kind of wattage

Local shop here sells it way expensive so when I stumbled on it here I just couldn't pass it up. It is a brick of a mod lol and some may not like that it's not ergonomic like some others but I don't care too much for that. It's powerful and I like that it displays in degrees Fahrenheit and Celsius. Along with having 200w of power! Capes like a champ and it's consistent! I'm gonna vape on this puppy til it breaks (hope it doesn't ever) shipped quick and came sealed. VR you guys have my business from now on!

Snow Wolf 200W. Okay, so I finally gained the courage to open my Snow Wolf 200W up to see the chipset and everything... It's nice and clean on the inside, everything is seated well, and there's no floods of hot glue lol.

Looks really good actually! All chips are labeled with the 'TX' tag. The OLED is labeled 'TX-OLED V1.1' and the main Chip is labeled 'TX-P200 V1.5A.' It has me wondering why everyone is saying 'GX200 Smart Chip.' It's definitely not a known chip it seems. Anyone know anything about this chip?

Snow Wolf 200W with TC. Temperature Control I know... We're all wondering... How does the temp control work? Well, assuming my first TC build with Ni200 looks good to TC pro's out there...

It functions flawlessly! I began by setting the TC to 400ºF and 49W and did a dry cotton test... Not even toasted! Turned it up to 410ºF... Same, no toasting. Turned it up to 420ºF and 70W... Finally a bit of burning but very minimal. Continuing to press the fire button resulted in no further burning. I just vaped my Magma completely dry... No dry hit. Nothing really lol. This is so awesome! The vapor just stops and when you take the cap off, the cotton is white and dry. So cool! It's amazing to feel how hot I was vaping at with my iStick at 50W... It had to be close to 600ºF.

Dual 18650, my battery gauge hasn't even gone down in the 3 hours I've been chain vaping on it. Spring-loaded 510. It's been said before... Fingerprint magnet. No USB charging. That's it! I wouldn't even consider the second one a con because I don't trust that anyway. One more, the 510 is a little too close to the curved corner for me. This means that most 22mm atty's will hang over the edge the fillet a little. More of an aesthetics thing, but yeah.

Snow Wolf 200W review. Snow Wolf Styling The Snow Wolf is an extremely nice looking mod. Featuring stainless steel construction it feels very durable but it is also quite heavy. Ease of use If you are looking for a very simple to use mod then the Snow Wolf is a good choice.

It really is extremely straightforward but it does have a few unique quirks, namely the way it goes into standby mode after a short amount of time. Performance In terms of how well this device performs I have to say it is really excellent. Once you get used to the way the device locks itself it makes for trouble free vaping. Initially I thought to myself “So this device goes to 200 Watts but I'm not going to be daft enough to try that.” Of course I reconsidered since I felt I had to test the device thoroughly.

Snow Wolf 200W. On the model I reviewed when you were using a standard Kanthal coil the temperature display will go blank when firing to let you know you are in standard wattage mode. I assume you have a newer model and it displays "POWER" to let you know which mode you are in.

If you use an Ni200 coil it should show the temperature correctly. That's really all I can think of. If you still have problems contact the vendor who sold you it.

Snow Wolf 200W. I like the mod but the lack of support when it broke makes me give it 2 stars. It's solid, good looking and had all the features i wanted.

The magnetic battery door is cool and easy to use. However after 6 weeks I started getting "Temperature High" warnings on the display and could not unlock the device by clicking fire 5x. The battery also showed about 70% charge when putting fully charged batteries in. I never handled it roughly and it's in excellent condition so this is definitely a manufacturing defect.
