TAPS from what I gather is simply a family business which grew to big landing its name on international websites & blogs. This establishment provides a very casual & semi-completed look which is the outlook they are going for.

You can be sure to check out their house specialties on the chalk board & ask for a few samplers. Pretty similar to the experience you get from visiting breweries.
