Chanel Les Beiges

My current favourite powders for this purpose are the Chanel Les Beiges Healthy Glow Luminous Colour powder (this and this are my most used ones!). Unicorn Cafe Melakamight be the best Nyonya restaurant in Melaka! Nyonya Popiah (RM5.50 set of 2 rolls).

This was one of the most satisfying popiah I've had for a long time. It was lusciously stuffed with everything that matters – turnips cooked to the right degree not too soft or undercooked, beansprouts, egg and diced beancurd wrapped in a thin egg skin. The skin is lined with a film of house-made sweet sauce (tim cheong) and chilli, just enough for taste and thus not overly sweet or spicy.

Expat Tax Services

Prepare Your Tax Return As Early As Possible To Keep Your Options Open. Tax deadline strategy boils down to this: the earlier, the better. You'll have more of your accountant's focus at the start of tax season, which is the best time to strategize.

Plus, as long as your return is prepared, you can wait to file if you owe money. But for those who are due a refund, filing early might be the best option. Waiting until later in the tax season robs you of those choices. - Carrie McKeegan, Greenback Expat Tax Services.
