mazda 3 hatchbacks I am very happy with my purchase of a Mazda 3 diesel hatchback. The engine is amazingly responsive specially when the turbo cuts in. My previous car was also a Mazda-it was a MX5, I sort of grew out of this car, don't get me wrong,it is the best sports car you can get for under $50k but lack of space steered me towards a bigger car.

I chose the Diesel model for economy, and unknown to me at this time for performance too. My first impressions of the car were of a very comfortable ride with good vision all around.
