Kate Gel Liner - the gel liner dried up too fast that I need to dip my brush into water to draw.

I have MAC, MAD, CS, Kate, Shiseido Maquillage and Benefit (if their creaseless cream e/s is counted). MAC eyeliner: nice to draw on, quite fluid, slightly expensive. MAD eye liner: A little dry >_<, but kinda cheap.

CS eyeliner: Creamy, nice to draw, waterproof (using water alone hard to remove), cheap. Kate eye liner: A little dry, but it comes with a not too bad brush, and it's cheap. Maquillage eyeliner: Expensive, waterproof, good colour payoff. Benefit eyeliner: Expensive, creamy, good colour selection, good colour payoff.
